  • Gas grill with propane tank(s); Guyan Suites #1 does not have a gas grill.

  • Patio table + chairs and/or picnic tables

  • Firepits with free wood.  FireSide Inn has an outdoor fireplace.  Guyan Suites #1  & #2 do not have Firepits.

  • CaneBrake Cabins have access to the two ATV wash stations with garden hoses (ok to bring your own pressure washer.)  FireSide, FireHouse, SummerHouse and Spring-House have access to two ATV friendly car washes close by.

All of the rentals have city water - completely clean and safe for drinking, making coffee and cooking.  Also all rentals have central heat/air with the exception of Summer House.  Summer House has 2 window units
