Cancellation policy for all rentals is 30 days. That is, if cancellation notice is received within 30 days of scheduled arrival date, all but a $25 admin fee will be refunded.  If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date, deposit is not refunded. No changes or refunds are made within 10 days of scheduled arrival date.
